Molly Manners is a BAFTA-winning TV, film and commercials director.

Molly was Lead Director and Associate Producer on ONE DAY (Netflix) which launched in February 2024 to 5-star reviews in The Guardian, The Times and BBC Culture; hailing it as “flawless”, “exquisite” and “note-perfect”. One Day went straight to Global Number 1 on Netflix, reaching the top spot in 89 countries and remaining in the top 10 globally for 7 weeks.

Before this, she directed the critically acclaimed 2nd Series of IN MY SKIN (BBC3/Hulu) for which she won a BAFTA for Best Drama Series, two BAFTA Cymru awards for Best Director and Best Drama, and an RTS award for Best Drama. The series received 5-star reviews across the board and was listed in The New York Times Best Shows of 2021.
